What we collect
We only collect the information you type into a form on this site:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The service you selected
- Any message you choose to write on the contact form
Why we collect it and what we do with it
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your
appointment. Submitting a form sends the details to our own mailbox at info@nyanabeauty.com.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately
asked us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking emails are kept only for as long as we need them to serve you
and to keep an ordinary record of our business, after which they are deleted.
Cookies and third parties
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Some pages embed
a Google Map, and our fonts and icons are loaded from Google's servers; when your browser loads
those, Google receives your IP address under its own privacy policy. Links to our Instagram,
YouTube, TikTok and WhatsApp accounts take you to those companies' own platforms, which have
their own policies.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask
us to delete it. Write to info@nyanabeauty.com and we
will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
